The services will be billed in full at the time the service is ordered.

All our recurring subscriptions will be automatically billed and renewed until we receive notice from you to cancel the subscription.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must make the request via your personal space by following the steps indicated in the "Subscriptions" section.

If you cancel your subscription before your billing period is over, you will be able to use the services until the end of the current billing period. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds:

NATYF INC does not offer retroactive refunds for past subscription periods. However, in exceptional circumstances, only the last billed month may be refunded, provided the request is made within 10 days of the start of the relevant period. Refund requests must be sent by email to contact@natyf.com, specifying the email address associated with the account and the reason for the request. NATYF INC reserves the right to refuse a refund if significant service usage has been detected during the relevant period. No refunds will be granted for: free or promotional trial periods, cancellations made after the eligible period, or temporary service interruptions beyond our control.

Clause regarding subscription via a third party: If you subscribed to Natyf TV through a third party (e.g., Apple, Google, a telecom provider), all subscription management, including cancellation and refund requests, must be handled directly with that third party. Refund conditions may differ and are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.

Clause regarding the processing of refunds: If approved, the refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on bank processing times or the processing time of the payment platform used. NATYF INC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Anti-abuse clause: NATYF INC reserves the right to refuse a refund in the event of abusive, repeated or fraudulent use of the cancellation policy or the platform content.

By using our streaming service, you agree to the following conditions:

• The content available on our site is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any public distribution or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
• You must not circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with the site's security features or any functionality that prevents or restricts the use or copying of any content.
• Streaming quality may vary depending on the device used and available bandwidth. NATYF INC does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted streaming quality.
